Kim’s career is distinguished by her leadership in various digital transformation initiatives, where she has made substantial contributions to numerous Air Force organizations. Her strategic acumen and dedication have earned her numerous awards and recognition for her successful program achievements, including being a finalist for the Dayton Woman-Owned Business of the Year in 2021, 2022, and 2024; recognized as a HireVets Platinum awardee in 2022 and 2023 and receiving the Enterprising Woman of the Year award in 2022.<\/p><\/div>
